We had tried
to sell a house for a few months without success. Even though the house had gone
through a major custom renovation and looked pristine, we got hardly any
showings and no offers.
One day, we
were visited by a couple that absolutely and completely fell in love with the
house. We spent a wonderful two hours with them and were more than hopeful to
receive an offer within a day or two.
I decided to
do a puja for the occasion to boost the transaction and to help everything get
aligned with the highest good. The next day, their agent called, saying that she
has an offer - but not from the people we had met yesterday. Instead, a new,
reputable buyer had emerged - and he put in a good offer without even seeing the
property. We'll be closing in just a couple of weeks!

As I said yesterday, I felt the energy "hit" right away, in the morning after emailing you. I'm not surprised that you work with the pujas
at an energy structure level. My sense is that the structure is there for
you in a solid, grounded, present, immediate way. It's just there; you don't
particularly have to invoke it with a long drawn out ceremony or anything.
And it feels to me as if you've earned that after lifetimes as a jyotish
and performer of pujas.
I
did receive, in the afternoon, a really terrific email from the Editor for the novel. She's been slow in getting the manuscript back to me
for revisions,
so it was great to hear from her, and she raved about the
book and how in love with it she is. It feels as if the puja sort of prompted
her, gave her a little nudge to connect with me. TLS

a difficult court case]
"Cindy" is an
attorney that was facing a particularly challenging case in which she
represented herself. A lot of money on the line, she was facing the heat from
relentless relatives (her opponents in the case), their less-than-honest
lawyers, and a judge whose work she had publicly criticized.
Although Cindy had
no prior knowledge of and belief in pujas, it was the dire circumstances that
made her look into something so out of the ordinary.
She was thrilled to
find out that a puja is like an energetic blessing that aligns a person's life
and life situation with the highest good. It does this by gently working on the
person from the inside out, helping us let go of things we know are not good for
us but still hold onto for ill-logical reasons. In addition, pujas allow us to
give up resistance and open up to what we desire.
It is the above
inner energetic shift and realignment that produces the "outer" effects, often
surprising the recipient in a very pleasant yet unexpected ways. (It could be
called "a stroke of luck" although it's not that since it is intentionally
produced.) And that is what Cindy wanted.
A consultation into
her astrological chart indicated that the most auspicious starting time (muhurta)
for the court meeting would be 9:50 am instead the already scheduled 9:30 am
(which was very bad) but she had no control over rescheduling it.
Cindy writes:
"Somehow the beginning of the
hearing today was delayed until 9:50 a.m.--9:50 a.m. precisely! And, as you
predicted, things went well for me starting at that time, and I did get that
pleasant surprise. Maybe I will start
believing in whatever it was that you did. Thanks again."

RESOLUTION OF A DIFFICULT RELATIONSHIP
“Wendy” consulted my astrological services, asking
about possible future relationships. I mentioned a
particular period during which she’d be prone to
attract a relationship that would be either really
good or really bad, depending on how willing both of
them would be to deal with the issues. Personally, I
didn’t see it being a good one at all – very
destructive, actually, however, I wanted to give
these people a chance to make it a really
constructive should it ever occur – or should this
really happen for some reason – or should I be wrong
despite what I saw. I also mentioned that she’d be
very tempted to get married this time and be sure
not to hurry into it.
Well, the astrological period came and almost
immediately Wendy met someone. Remembering the
advice – and seeing some red flags appearing already
(such as seeing him willing to get intimate with her
while he was still living with his girlfriend), she
took it slow for the first three weeks, kept a good
distance, and tried to establish healthy boundaries.
Well, it took only exception to the rule and the
bottom of the barrel was gone. The next thing Wendy
realized was that she had accepted his marriage
proposal twice (which occurred during sex – he never
followed through with a ring or brought it up). In
addition, he had moved into her house with his stuff
everywhere, had no job, got sexually intense, and
spent most of his time by playing computer games
during the day. She called me in panic (and in
terrible emotional shape overall, unable to sleep)
and asked for a long-distance healing. I agreed, but
had a feeling that she could use a puja for the
relationship as well, which she very much wanted.
During the healing, there was a LOT going on. It
was probably the most energy I have ever felt going
through my system. I was sure something good was
done. During my follow-up call next morning she
mentioned feeling both good and upset during the
healing (as emotions were released). She also
recalled that something happened around 8:15 (I
shifted to the puja at 8:10). She also mentioned
being able to sleep that night.
I went into more detail about the relationship
puja, explaining that the way these pujas are done
organizes things with respect to the best for
everything and everyone...and that the two of them
staying together or going their own ways will depend
on that and not on one’s egoistic (or selfish) use
of will. She seemed to understand.
Later on that very same day (less than 24 hours
from the healing & puja) she called me. She said
that once she got back home that afternoon, she
noticed that her boyfriend was gone and had taken
all of his stuff with him, leaving only a little
note behind.
Even though Wendy knew that breaking up was a
very likely outcome, him leaving so abruptly and
without a warning still came as a shock to her.
Despite the fact, she thought it was better it
happened rather sooner than later. While they are
still keeping in touch with each other, it is only
at the level of calling on the phone. Seems
like that is how they like to have it for now.

self-love and self-peace]
I've noticed some difference in my mental field. I noticed
this morning I woke up with more ease inside and feeling more rested, mind more
at ease - less of vibrating noise. [And] as of yesterday, I've felt much more
sweetness in myself and in life around. It has even manifested in meeting sweet
people. Sometimes it's hard knowing what came first, the hen or the egg (or is
it the chicken
 ),
but I can feel more sweetness and I feel more soft and connected to my real
self, more whole. I feel happy about it. And this I haven't felt earlier, so
something is happening/has happened.

There is a lot
of movement. Inside issues/obstacles that were present
have surfaced since the puja [to be worked on]. [On the]
outside,
business opportunities: More healing clients and speaking
engagements as
well as being asked to apprentice in a well known healing
school. So I
would say the puja has opened new avenues inside and outside
for me.

Interestingly,
around the time you went to do the puja (I got your email
later that evening), I suddenly felt so tired that I needed
to lie down for a
while (which is unusual for me). I do feel there was a
certain energetic
shift in me. There is more clarity. It is hard to explain
because it is a
matter of degree of awareness more than of something new.

Just wanted to
let you know that I continue to feel a shift happening...
and quite a positive one. In starting my new business I have
had a huge
wall of fear and I feel that I'm finally getting the courage
to start actually
breaking down that wall, instead of just "preparing the
troops" and
assessing the wall. There's still an incredible amount of
fear, but I'm finally
starting to gain the confidence to really do it. It's very
subtle change, but

I have had
some interesting experiences. I had an energy healing and
realized the problems i am having [are for a certain
reason]. I have also
been looking to refinance my home, and found a place that
would do it. I
have been looking for a companion for a small quail and
finally found
someone. Oh, I was having a problem with my income tax and
they
actually have been willing to work with me though technically
i wasn't
supposed to get behind again. So there has been some good
luck coming
